   and thanks for typing messages on the command line, as i have no sound on this computer (i know, i can always load it in my phone). i generally hate video tutorials, but this was well executed.

    Have someone call his phone. Answer it. During the call, hit the home button. The phone should unlock. From there you should be able to change the password if you remember it.
