Various operating systems may or may not have a process management package/software.
In MS Windows 7, I occasionally use Task Manager by pressing CNTRL+ALT+DEL once.
I forget the name of the one that I use on my old rooted Android tablet. It was called Gemini
I have also used the package called htop on my linux distro’s that I install on my laptop.
