Question by South: what do you guys think of the Samsung S8530 Wave II?
I want to get a new phone and was looking at the Samsung S8530 Wave II, Is this a good phone? I also heard it can get Iphone apps, is this true? I mostly use a phone for social networks (Mxit, facebook etc) and MUSIC, but i also download apps alot.

Truth be told, it is an excellent phone. It can get apps, but not Iphone apps. It runs on the Bada OS, which is relatively new, and it lacks the massive number of apps available in the market,(Android and IOS has hundreds of thousands of apps) meaning you will only have a few apps for your phone. Samsung promised to make lots and lots of apps after the debut of their Bada OS, but the pace in which they make new apps is slow.
